- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Booking confirmation is only guaranteed upon receipt of the required deposit, as specified in the booking process on SohoStaycation.com.
- Payments are to be made to the CIMB Bank account under the name Zulkhairi bin Md Ghani with account number 7647-5122-22.

**3. Pricing and Charges**

- The pricing structure for non-peak and peak seasons is clearly outlined on SohoStaycation.com.
- Additional charges may apply for extra services or damages, and these will be communicated to guests before or during their stay.

**4. Check-in and Check-out**

- Check-in time is at 2:00 PM, and check-out time is at 12:00 PM.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability and will be subject to additional charges.

**5. Cancellation Policy**

- Guests may cancel their reservation up to 7 days before the scheduled check-in date to receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit amount.
- In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount, including the deposit, will be charged.

**6. Refunds**

- Refunds for cancellations made within the allowable period will be processed within [Z] days after the cancellation request is approved.

- Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay and may be charged accordingly.
